Entries valid from 07/06/24, only 1 entry per household, entrants must input Name, Address and Email address to be entered into the prize drawer, Our local delivery option applies at all times, we cannot deliver outside of 40 miles from Store. (see delivery options) Collection from store available.
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions*
2. The prize draw is being run by Castles Furniture LTD.
Eligibility to Enter
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (Castles Furniture staff members are excluded from the draw).
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per Household is permitted.

7. The prize draw will include those currently on our mailing list and all new subscribers up to Midday on 23rd June 2024 . Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
8. Castles Furniture LTD will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The Prize
9. The prize will be one £250 Gift Voucher. Runner up prizes selected by Castles Furniture
10. The winners will be drawn at random.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of Castles Furniture LTD regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it
Winner Announcement
14. The winner will be notified after 12th July 2024 via the email provided during subscription.
15. Castles Furniture LTD will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
16. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Castles Furniture LTD reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of The Prize
17. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Castles Furniture for the purposes of administering the prize draw
19. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Castles Furniture LTD.
20. An announcement of the winners first name will be made via Castles Furniture LTDs website site/social media platforms.
21. We DO NOT Sell, Share or Pass on your personal information to any third parties
Limitation of Liability
22. Castles Furniture LTD does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize

23. Castles Furniture LTD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
24. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
