Please measure carefully as if upon delivery it is discovered that any items will not fit into your home for whatever reason and you wish to return goods then a cancellation fee of 20% of any goods returned will apply.
Although we are sure that you will love your furniture, if you choose to return them within 10 days after receiving your goods, we will be happy to collect any items that you no longer want. Your only obligation will be the entire cost of delivery and collection*, which may differ from the initial standard delivery charge as other costs may be involved in the delivery and collection of items. All you need to do is call our store or use the ‘Contact Us’ button on our website.
If we are collecting the goods from you, we ask that you please make sure that the furniture is returned in the same condition it was received. We will be unable to wholly refund the goods if there are any signs of damage or misuse.
We will reimburse you with all the money you paid for the items being returned (discounting the full cost of delivery and subsequent collection* of the goods), once the goods have been returned to us and inspected.
If, in the unlikely event that you discover any faults with the furniture after receiving your delivery, then please contact us within 24 hours via the ‘Contact Us’ button on our website or by calling our store and we will do our utmost to remedy any issues that you may have, but please understand that our responsibility includes and is limited to repairing, replacing or reimbursing and we do not pay any compensation beyond this.
Please remember, we don’t accept returns of mattresses unless they are un-opened, unused and in their original packaging and card refunds may take up to 7 working days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to return you the amount due.
*full cost of delivery and collection is not the same as our standard delivery charges, the actual costs involved in the delivery and collection of goods from the customer’s location will be determined by us and may result in an amount higher than our usual delivery charges.
